I am based in London, UK, providing counselling, psychotherapy and organisational consultancy services, including training and workshops for individuals, couples, groups and organisations. I have also released numerous publications, talk on the media and give public speaking to heighten awareness for mental health and psychological issues.
I have been working in these fields for 30 years and I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, being registered with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and accredited by British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have extensive experience in clinical work and group work, covering a wide range of psychological and mental health issues with the mainstream population and those from ethnic minority groups.
I am also a fully qualified Supervisor, being registered with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and offer supervision for other counsellors, psychotherapists and those who are in training.
My special interests include cross-cultural issues, and I have also worked on intercultural relationships for individuals and groups. I have conducted research projects and have published professional articles on the subject. I am also interested in how physical illness affect psychologically.
