Privacy Policy

Thank you for your enquiry.

I do not need your name and contact details when you make an enquiry. However, if you reach my voicemail, when making an enquiry on the phone, please make sure you leave your name and number, speaking loudly and clearly. It is a confidential line. I will call you back to discuss any questions you may have, or to arrange an appointment if appropriate. I will explain necessary information to make an appointment. I will keep your name and contact details for one month after your initial enquiry, after which time I will delete them from my records if I haven’t heard anything further from you.

When emailing me, please note that email is not entirely safe, so please avoid including any sensitive information. I would prefer if you include your phone number so that I can call you back. It is more reassuring for you if we talk directly on the phone. However, if you would prefer that I email you back instead of calling, I will do so with only the necessary information.

If you decide to make an appointment, please note that appointments can only be booked by phone. During the first session with you, I will explain the details of my practice and privacy policy. I will also send the confirmation of the appointment and other details to you by email or in the post, according to your preference.
